The control system design includes: A graphical user interface with keypad input, NEMA pushbuttons, 12 bit encoder input, access to a communications network, and 32 relay outputs and 68 24vdc logic inputs. The logic I/O can easily be extended.
The network allows the user to monitor and control all of his machining processes from one place. It also includes a downloader which gives the user the capability of fully re-programming the unit in the field... great for firmware feature additions and upgrades!
